Our Staff We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids. All of our teachers are highly qualified, with most being degreed and certified.
Available with our special co-teaching partnership with Allen Independent School District, our Kids `R` Kids of West Allen Faculty and Staff are able to attend all trainings offered to Allen Independent School Dsitrict`s teachers.
All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty and personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age-appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning, and OSHA regulations provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. Teachers not holding a degree are required to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences regularly. |
